Jadaky Care Agency - a provider of support and care services within the Greater Manchester and Wirral districts
About Jadaky Care Agency
Jadaky Care Agency is a CQC-registered care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Greater Manchester and Wirral. With operational bases in Manchester, and Bromborough (Wirral), we support adults aged 18 and over to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.
We provide a wide range of services, including domiciliary care, supported living, live-in care, complex care, reablement, short breaks (respite care), and outreach support. Our services are designed to respond flexibly to individual needs, from daily living support to specialist care for people with complex needs.
We adopt Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches as part of our person-centred care delivery, particularly within supported living, complex care, and outreach services. This enables us to understand behaviour as communication, reduce restrictive practices, promote positive outcomes, and support individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
We work closely with private clients, families, Local Authorities, the NHS, and voluntary and community sector partners to deliver coordinated, outcome-focused care that promotes wellbeing, choice, and independence.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, and choice by delivering personalised care and support, using evidence-based approaches such as Positive Behaviour Support, to enable individuals to have control over their lives and achieve their full potential.
Our Vision
Our vision is for Jadaky Care Agency Limited to be recognised as a leading provider of domiciliary, supported living, reablement, and specialist care services across Greater Manchester and Wirral by 2033, known for quality, compassion, and inclusive, positive practice.
